蓝鳃太阳鱼苗种耗氧率与窒息点的研究

Oxygen Consumption Rate and Suffocation Point of Lepomis macrochirus Fry and FingerIing

在 2 4℃水温条件下 ,对蓝鳃太阳鱼 (Lepomismacrochirus)苗种的耗氧率与窒息点进行了测定。结果表明 :蓝鳃太阳鱼苗种的耗氧率和窒息点随鱼体的增大而降低 ,平均体重0 62g的鱼苗耗氧率 0 645mg/(g·h) ,窒息点 0 5 90mg/L ;平均体重 31 90g的鱼种耗氧率0 1 62mg/(g·h) ,窒息点 0 5 0 0mg/L。蓝鳃太阳鱼苗种的耗氧率有明显的昼夜变化节律。

At water temperature of 24 ℃ ,oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point of Lepomis macrochirus fry and fingerling were tested. The results showed that the body weight had obvious effect on oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point, which tended to decrease with body weight increase.Oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point were 0.645 mg/(g · h) and 0.590 mg/L when average body mass was 0 62 g , and 0.162 mg/(g·h) and 0.500 mg/L when average body mass was 31 90 g respectively. Oxygen consumption rate of Lepomis macrochirus had a obvious fluctuation during day and night.
