平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤785例临床总结

The effect of pingyangmycin in treatment of hemangiona in the oro-maxillo-facial regions:a report of 785 cases

目的 总结平阳霉素 (PYM )瘤体内注射治疗口腔颌面部各种血管瘤的疗效。方法 收集 1992 .1～2 0 0 2 .1,用PYM注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状、草莓状和混合性等血管瘤 785例 (996个瘤体 )。 7～ 10天注射 1次 ,3～ 5次为一个疗程。结果 经 6个月～ 10年随访 ,治愈和基本治愈率为 85 .73 % ,好转 11.5 9% ,总有效率为97.3 2 %。结论 PYM治疗海绵状、草莓状和混合性血管瘤疗效高 ,疗程短 ,是一种简便。

Objective The effect of pingyangmycin(PYM)in treatment of cavernous hemangioma,strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oromaxillo-facial regions is evaluated.Methods The medical records of 785 patients with hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial regions between January 1992 and January 2002 were reviewed .Three hundred and ten of the patients were men,and 475 were woman,the sex ratio was 1∶1.53.Patient's ages were between one month and 65 years.Pingyangmycin was injected into the cavity or in the circumference of the hemangiomas ,and the injected may be repeated every 7～10 days .This process may be repeated 3～5 times.Results Seven hundred and eighty-five patients were followed for 6 months～10 years.The cured and basically cured rate were 85.73%.Getting improvement was 11.59%.The cured and elementary cury rates of cavernous hemangiona,strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma were 90.76%,87.35%and 80.15%,respectively,and the elementay cure rate of the grape wine colour stainscapillary hemangioma was 15.38%.Conclusion This method may be a safe ,simple and effective therapy to the cavernous hemangioma,strawberry hemangioma and mixed hemangioma in the oro-maxillo-facial regions.
