B超引导下电针治疗输尿管上段结石46例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 46 Cases of Superior Segmental Ureterolithiasis Treated with Electroacupuncture Under Guidance of Ultrasonography

目的 :观察B超引导下电针对碎石术后输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法 :将 91例患者随机分为体外冲击波碎石术后应用B超引导下电针治疗组 (46例 )和单纯采用体外冲击波碎石术对照组 (45例 ) ,观察治疗 2周后的临床疗效。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较总有效率和治愈率均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 )。结论 :B超引导下电针治疗碎石术后的输尿管上段结石 ,镇痛效果好 ,疗效确切。

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture under guidance of ultrasonography on superior segmental ureterolithiasis. Methods Ninety one cases with superior segmental ureterolithiasis were randomly divided into the treatment group (46 cases) treated with electroacupuncture under guidance of ultrasonography after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and the control group (45 cases) treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Their clinical therapeutic effects were observed after two weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group respectively ( P<0 05 and P<0 01 ). Conclusion Electroacupuncture under guidance of ultrasonography has better therapeutic effect and analgesic effect on superior segmental ureterolithiasis.
