摘要
为比较悬液法与载体法检测碘伏杀菌的效果,用布片作染菌载体进行了试验观察。结果,以含有效碘600 mg/L的碘伏溶液,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌分别作用3min与5min,杀灭率均达100％;对悬液中者只需含有效碘25mg/L的碘伏溶液作用5min,杀灭率即达100％。说明碘伏对悬液中的细菌较易杀灭。
In order to compare suspension method and carrier method for examining the germicidal efficacy of iodophor, experimental observation was carried out using cloth strips as the bacterial carrier. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to iodophor solution containing available iodine 600 mg/ L for 3 min and 5 min respectively were 100%, while for these 2 bacteria in suspension, 100% killing rate could be attained after exposure to iodophor solution containing available iodine only 25 mg / L for 5 min, indicating that the bacteria in suspension were easier to be killed.
