摘要
灭菌灵为含次氯酸钠及羟基喹啉磺酸钠的复方消毒剂。为了解其杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,以其含有效氯400mg/L的溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,含有效氯1500mg/L的该液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20min,杀灭率均为100％;以其含有效氯500mg/L的溶液对HBsAg作用10min,可将其抗原性破坏。该消毒剂杀灭微生物效果较好。
Mie-Jun-Ling is a compound disinfectant containing sodium hypochlorite and hydroxyquinoline sodium sulfonate. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, quantitative suspension germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that its solution containing available chlorine 400 mg/ L with a 10 minute contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, its solution containing available chlorine 1 500 mg/ L with a 20 minute contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, and its solution containing available chlorine 500 mg / L with a 10 minute contact time destroyed the antigenicity of HBsAg. This disinfectant has good germicidal efficacv.
