摘要
采用平板沉降法采样,检测车厢空气中细菌总数与霉菌,以比较3种方法对采血车厢空气消毒的效果。结果,戊二醛熏蒸能使车厢空气达到消毒合格标准(细菌总数≤30cfu/平板,无霉菌),开始采血后能维持2.5h空气细菌总数不超标并且无霉菌;臭氧熏蒸或氯气加臭氧熏蒸均不能将霉菌全部杀灭。因此,3种方法中仅戊二醛法可用。
The plate sedimentation method was used to collect sample for examining total bacteria count and fungal count in air of the car in order to compare the efficacy of 3 methods in disinfection of air in blood-collecting car. The results showed that glutaraldehyde fumigationcould attain up-to-standard disinfection of air (total bacterial count≤30 cfu/plate, nofungus) of the car and enable the air to maintain the total bacterial count not exceeding the allowable level and no fungus for 2.5 hours after beginning of blood collection. Ozone fumigation or chlorine plus ozone fumigation could not kill fungi completely. Therefore, only glutaraldehyde among the 3 methods can be used.
