摘要
为了解使用中戊二醛碱性溶液的浓度变化,采用化学滴定法检测戊二醛含量。结果,浸泡眼科手术器械(1~2件/d)的溶液用至6d,浸泡普通手术器械(约10件/d)的溶液用至4d,浸泡内窥镜(约6件/d)的溶液用至5d,戊二醛含量均<18000mg/L,不能再继续使用。结果说明,戊二醛碱性溶液浓度下降速度与浸泡器械数量有一定关系。
In order to know the changes in concentration of basic glutaraldehyde solution in use, chemical titration method was used to measure glutaraldehyde content. The results showed that on 6th day of use for immersion of ophthalmic operation instruments (1- 2 pieces / day), 4th day of use for immersion of common operation instruments (about 10 pieces/ day) and 5th day of use for immersion of endoscopes (about 6 pieces / day), the glutaraldehyde content of the basic glutaraldehyde solution was < 18 000 mg/ L and the solution could not be used further. The results indicate that the speed of decrease in concentration of basic glutaraldehyde solution has certain relation to the number of instruments immersed.
