摘要
目的 :研究腹腔镜手术前后周围静脉血红细胞第 1补体受体 (CR1)免疫粘附活性 ,腹腔内的pH值及红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性的改变。方法 :抽取周围静脉防凝新鲜血 2ml测定红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性。术后 12h再次抽取周围静脉血检测上述指标变化。手术中留取腹腔血性渗液测定红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性及腹腔液pH值 ,并与术中测定的周围血相应值比较。结果 :腹腔镜手术后红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性明显降低 ,腹腔液pH值在腹腔镜手术结束时明显下降 ,腹腔内的红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性明显降低。结论 :腹腔镜手术中CO2 气腹造成腹腔内pH值明显下降 ,红细胞CR1免疫粘附活性明显降低 ,可能是造成腹腔镜术中炎症扩散的原因之一。
Objective:To study the changes of immunoadhesion function of RBC CR 1 in peripheral veins before and after laparoscopic operation, changes of pH value, and the immunoadhesion function of RBC CR 1 in abdominal cavity.Methods:The immunoadhesion of RBC of fresh blood of peripheral vein were assayed at 30 minutes before operation, and 12 hours after operation. And the intraoperational immunoadhesion of RBC CR 1 and pH value in abdominal cavity were assayed and compared with the indexes of peripheral vein blood. Results:The immunoadhesion of RBC in peripheral vein blood decreased obviously after laparoscopic operation. Immunoadhesion of RBC and pH value in abdominal cavity decreased at the end of operation.Conclusions:Because of the influence of CO 2 pneumoperitoneum on the pH value in abdominal cavity, the immunologic function in peripheral vein blood and abdominal cavity attenuate. Which may be one of the reasons of proliferation of inflammation.
