摘要
目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中预防胆道损伤的方法。方法 :总结 2例胆道损伤的治疗过程及16 8例胆囊切除术中预防胆道损伤的经验。结果 :2例胆道损伤发生在开展LC早期 ,均治愈出院。结论 :为预防胆道损伤须有配合默契 ,技术过硬的手术小组 ,术前详细了解病情 ,术中量力而行 ,术后仔细检查 ,及早发现损伤。
Objective:To analyze the method of prevention and treatment of biliary tract injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) Methods:The treatment procedures for biliary tract injury in 2 cases and experiences of preventing the injury in 168 cases were summarized Results:2 cases of biliary tract injury both took place in early phase of applying this technique and well-cured Conclusions:To prevent biliary tract injury,it is necessary to constitute a experienced skill operation team and grasp preoperatively patients state in detail,and operate carefully and recheck up carefully after operation
