婴儿面神经颅外段及腮腺血供的解剖学研究

ANATOMICAL STUDY ON FACIAL NERVE OUTSIDE OF THE CRANIAL CAVITY AND BLOOD SUPPLY OF PAROTID GLAND OF INFANT

目的 :探讨婴儿面神经颅外段及腮腺血供的解剖学特点。方法 :采用血管乳胶灌注、手术显微镜下解剖的方法 ,对婴儿面神经颅外段的位置、行程、分支、分布及腮腺的血供来源进行观测。结果 :获得了有关婴儿面神经颅外段及腮腺血供的一系列相关数据。结论 :本实验研究可为腮腺手术提供可靠的解剖学资料。

Objective:To inquire anatomical characteristics of the section of the facial nerve outside of the cranial cavity and the blood supply of parotid gland of infant.Methods:Red emulsion was injected into the external carotid artery of infant,then dissected the arteries under surgical microscope,observed the location?route?branches and distribution of the facial nerve outside of the cranial cavity and the origin of blood supply of parotid gland.Results:A series of data about the facial nerve outside of the cranial cavity and blood supply of parotid gland were obtained.Conclusion:This clinically experimental study can provide reliable anatomical base for parotid gland operation.
