Analysis of Amikacin-induced Anaphylaxis from Chinese Literature

目的 :探讨阿米卡星致过敏反应的情况和特征 ,为临床用药提供资料。方法 :全面检索中文有关阿米卡星不良反应的文献 ,筛选出过敏反应文献并进行综述和分析。结果 :阿米卡星所致过敏反应 35例 ,其中过敏性休克 2 3例 ,药疹 7例 ,过敏死亡 5例 ;发作时间 <11min 19例 ,11～ 6 0min 10例 ,>6 0min 6例。结论 :对有药物过敏史者 ,使用阿米卡星前应做皮试 ;对氨基苷类过敏者禁用 ;

Objective: To explore the state and character of amikacin induced andaphylaxis to provide the drug used material for clinic. Method: All the Chinese literature related to ADRs of amikacin were explored, the literature related to anaphylaxis were screened for review and analysis. Result: Thirty five cases of amikacin induced anaphylaxis, of which, 23 cases of anaphylactic shock, 7 cases of drug rash, 5 cases died from anaphylaxis. The onset time was <11 min in 19 cases, 11 60 min in 10 cases, >60 min in 6 cases. Conclusion: The patients with history of allergy to drugs must receive the intradermal sensitirity test before use of amikacin; anyone with allergy to aminoglycosides can not be given amikacin; special care should be taken in patients with allergy to penicillins.
