PCNA在胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达

THE EXPRESSION OF PCNA ON LENS EPITHELIAL CELLS OF FUMAN EMBRYO

目的 :观察增殖细胞核抗原 (Proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法 :用 SP免疫组织化学法对 4 8例人不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞进行 PCNA免疫组织化学染色。结果 :PCNA在人不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ;PCNA阳性细胞核为桔黄色或棕黄色 ,免疫阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。结论 :PCNA在人不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ,且随着胎龄的增加而减少。

Objective:To observe the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)on lens epithelial cells (LECs)of human embryo.Methods:SP techniques were applied for PCNA immunocytochemical staining of LECs of 48 diffent embryo ages.Results:We found the expression of PCNA on LECs of different embryo ages.The positive staining for PCNA was orange or brown in the nucleus;immune positive cells reduce along with the raising of embryo ages.Conclusion:There are all expression of PCNA on LECs of diffes ent embryo ages,it raises along with the reducing of embryo ages.
