中风回言胶囊质量标准的研究

Studies on the quality Standard of Zhongfen Huiyan capsule

目的 研究中风回言胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用TLC对穿山甲、川芎、葛根等成分进行色谱鉴别 ,并对酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A进行了含量测定。结果 TLC鉴别方法专属性强。含量测定酸枣仁皂苷A在 1 .0 8～ 5 .40 μg间有良好的线性关系。回收率为 99.2 6 % ,RSD为 2 .2 3 %。

OBJECTIVE: To develop the quality standard of Zhongfeng Huiyan capsule. METHOD: Thin layer chromatography was used for simultaneously identification of Squama manis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Puerariae. TLC scanning was used for the determination of Jujuboside A. RESULTS: The TLC identification was highly specific. The linear regression for Jujuboside A was obtained over the range of 1.08-5.40 μg. The average recovery of Jujuboside A was 99.26% with RSD 2.23%. CONCLUSION: This standard appeared to effectively control the quality of Zhongfeng Huiyan capsule.
