摘要
复合材料单向板的本构预测在复合材料结构初步设计和预选方案中有着重要意义。复合材料本构预测的软化模型,概括了材料力学模型,预测精度可以通过模型自身调整,较以往的预测模型更加完善;定义了等效长度,进行等效长度回归,给出了相应的预测公式,并给出了两种预测方法。并首次在细观力学分析中引入软化模型,对复合材料细观力学分析及对工程实践都有很大的意义。
Predicting the constitutive equations relationship of composite unidirectional plate is of significance for the preliminary structural designs and preelection projects . A intenerated model for predicting the constitutive equations relationship of composite is reported. The model is different from other methods in the past in the following aspects: Based on models of mechanics of materials, more precision prediction can be realized through the self adjustment of the intenerated model; the equivalent length is defined and regressed, and a corresponding regression equation is provided. Here two prediction methods are demonstrated. In this paper, the intenerated model is introduced to the analysis of micromechanics for the first time, therefore it is of significance for the analysis and engineering application of composite.
