摘要
阐述了城市停车规划信息系统开发的必要性;提出了在地理信息系统软件-MapInfo基础上利用Mapbasic语言二次开发,搭建城市停车规划地理信息系统(UPP-GIS)的框架结构,运用Mapbasic语言建立信息查询的系统风格;建立停车规划的分析、预测、管理模型;如停车生成率模型、交通量-停车需求模型、静态交通发生率模型,约束型停车选址模型,综合评分评价模型。提出了本系统的软件、硬件设计方案,研究了系统实施过程中的一些问题。
The necessity of constructing urban parking planning geography information system is justified, how urban parking plannings can be built with GIS theory & technology is discussed with some popular parking planning models formed in mapbasic language in GIS including several parking predicted models, and how to locate optically a parking place with restraints is discussed with a practical way suggested to appraise the parking plan. A visualizing information query system is designed in mapbasic language.
