摘要
青海林业面临历史的机遇和挑战 ,当前围绕国家六大林业生态重点工程 ,确立青海林业工作的重点 ,如何实现青海林业的跨越式发展 ,逐步形成具有青海特色的林业发展思路。本文提出分区制定发展模式、建立林业信息管理系统、依靠科技进步提高造林育林质量。
The forestry of Qinghai is faced with many opportunities and challenges of historic significance.Nowadays lots of attention are centered on the national six major projects of forestry ecology.According to the six projects,to form the key forestry work of Qinghai,how to realize the forestry development leapingly in Qinghai,to form the development train of thought with features of Qinghai step by step.This essay is putting forward some development ways in different districts in Qinghai,to establish the management system of forestry information,to improve the quantity of afforestation relying on the improved technology to solve major problems which are restricting the development of forestry and other opinion.
