狼毒有毒成分的提取与毒性试验

Abstration and Toxicity of poisoning composition in Stellera chamaejsme L.

用乙醇从狼毒中提得Ⅰ、Ⅱ两种组分 ,经糖类和黄酮类化合物检查 ,证明Ⅰ组分中主要成分为糖类 ,Ⅱ组分中含有黄酮类化合物。将组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别进行动物试验 ,结果表明Ⅰ组分连续饲喂 3周后没有出现中毒症状 ,Ⅱ组分按80 0mg/kgB .W给家兔灌胃后 ,表现为精神沉郁 ,试验第 6～ 8天出现腹泻 ,3只家兔在试验第 7～ 8天出现呼吸困难 ,于试验第 9～ 1 0天因呼吸衰竭而死亡。病理变化主要表现为心肌松软 ,扩张、肺广泛性轻度气肿和淤血 ,表面有米粒样大小的白色病灶 ,肝脏轻度肿大、质软 ,呈暗紫色 ,肾色暗 ,胃内容物坚实 ,胃黏膜严重脱落。

CompositionsⅠandⅡ have been extracted from stellera chamaejasme L. by alcohol.It proved that saccharine is main composition in composition Ⅰand flavonoid-compound in composition Ⅱwhich defined by the experiment of saccharine and flavonoid-compound.Experiment was done with ⅠandⅡcompositions respectively .The results showed that the animal didn't appeared the symptom of poisoning after three weeks feed with composition Ⅰ. Rabbits that feed with compositionⅡ at 800 mg/kg B.W are lassitude and diarrhea at 6～8th day. One of rabbits appeared dyspnoeu at 8th day and died of respiratory failure at 10th day. The pathologic change mainly showed that heart-muscle is slack and dilatation. Low grade of emphysema of lungs and petechia with white focus of infection like millet .The liver expand to low grade and feel soft and appear dark purple.The color of the renal is dark . The gastric content is hardly.The polapse of gastric mucosa greatly .
