摘要
采用棉属种间杂交新方案,快速获得陆地棉×斯特提棉种间杂交可育杂种,经两次回交后,在枯黄萎病圃扩大群体,稳定性状,人工选择,在育成新品种秦远4号的同时,还选育出抗病优质、抗病高强、抗病大铃、抗病高衣分、抗病抗旱和抗枯黄萎病新种质6类24份。提出了创造新种质的方法。
Used new technique of interspecific hybridization in Gossypium, ferile hybrids of G. hirsu-tum×G. sturtianum were obtained quickly. New variety of Qinyuan 4 was bred by two times back-cross and selecting and stabilized in the wilt land. Qinyuan 4 had the characteristics of high yield and good Quality and multi-adversity resistance. At the same time, six types of new germplasms were developed. All those materials were resistance to both fusarium and verticillium, each of them also had some other very fine characters, such as good fibre, high fibre strength, big boll, high lint %, and drought resistance respectively. These new germplases all are the very valuable materials in the cotton breeding.
