小白菜再生培养基中适宜激素浓度的筛选 被引量:3

摘要 以子叶盘和下胚轴切段为外植体,研究了小白菜再生培养基中不同激素及其浓度水平对外植体产生愈伤、不定芽和根的影响。结果表明,小白菜子叶盘的再生频率较下胚轴的高。较适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基为MSB+2,4-D 0.1mp/L+AgNO_35.0mg/L,诱导频率为28.3%,较适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为MSB+6-BA4.0mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L+AgNO_35.0mg/L,诱导频率为94.1%,较适宜的生根培养基为MSB+IAA 0.15mg/L,生根率为95.O%。 Appropriate phytohormone concentration on the regeneration medium of cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis), cotyledons and hypocotyls used for explants, was studied. The effect of phytohormones and their concentration levels on explants was analyzed. The results showed that the percentage of regeneration of cabbage (B. campestris ssp. chinensis) in cotyledons was higher than that in hypocotyls. MSB medium with 2,4-D 0. 1 mg/L+AgNO3 5. 0 mg/L had great effects on the pre-treatment of explants. The inducing percentage of callus is 28. 3%. The medium inducing shoot was MSB+6-BA 4. 0 mg/L +IAA 0. 1 mg/L +AgNO3 5. 0 mg/L. The inducing percentage of shoot was 94. 1%. The medium inducing root was MSB+IAA 0. 15 mg/L. The inducing percentage of root was 95.0%.
