摘要
采用N、P二因素五水平和N、P、K三因素五水平最优设计,在陕西天士力药用植物有限公司丹参基地进行了丹参氮、磷、钾肥效田间试验,结合试验点的土壤肥力水平,求得了丹参N、P、K的肥效反应方程,提出了丹参不同产量水平时的N、P、K合理配比和肥料用量。丹参目标产量在5000~5700 kg/hm^2间的N、P量是N115.5~214.3kg/hm^2;P_2O_5153.4~243.4kg/hm^2。丹参目标产量在8000~9500kg/hm^2间的N、P、K施肥量N133.8~207.5kg/hm^2;P_2O_568.25~115.8kg/hm^2;K_2O80.3~146.5kg/hm^2。分析了N、P、K对丹参生长发育和产量的影响,结果表明N、P、K都促进了丹参产量的提高,但N、P、K的施用过量会造成减产。
The optimum design of N, P with 5 levels and N, P, K with 5 levels was adopted in the experiment. The field experiment was conducted in the Danshen base of Shaanxi Tasly medicine Plant limited Company in Shangzhou city Shaanxi province. The response N, P and N, P, K of different soil condition and different fertilizer rate were obtained. According to the response equations the optimum amount of N, P, K fertilizers were obtained. Fertilizer amount of N, P was N 115. 5-214. 3 kg/hm2 and P2O5 153. 4-243. 4 kg/hm2 in Danshen target yield at 5000-5700 kg/hm2. Fertilizer amount of N, P, K was N 133. 8-207. 5 kg/hm2; P2O5 was 68. 25-115. 8 kg/hm2 and K2O was 80. 3 ~146. 5 kg/hm2 in Danshen target yield at 8000-9500 kg/hm2. Analyzed N, P, K influence to Danshen growth and yield. However, if too many N, P, K fertilizer was used, the output of Danshen would be reduced.
