陕西苹果产业现状及国际竞争力分析

陕西的苹果产业是近20多年来发展起来的。通过对近年来苹果及苹果汁国际竞争力分析,认为陕西具有生产苹果的优越自然条件,生产苹果的成本远远低于世界苹果主产国美国、日本、新西兰等。苹果出口的价格显著低于美国、法国、澳大利亚等主要国家;苹果整体质量较低,产业化处理和贮藏、加工能力不足是主要问题。对如何进一步增强陕西苹果的国际竞争力提出了相应的对策及建议。

The apple industry of Shaanxi Province was developed in the past 20 years. By analyses the international competition ability of apple and the apple juice. Result showed that Shaanxi Province possesses the superior natural conditions of production apple and the cost to produce the apple is far lower than the cost to produce apple in other country such as The Unites States, Japan and New Zealand etc. In recent years, the apple export price of Shaanxi provice was notably lower than United States, France and Australia etc. The entire quality of Shaanxi apple was lower, and the industrial-izatio and storage and processing ability was insufficient. By analysis above these factors, the corresponding countermeasures and some sugestions were put forward.
