Study on Noise Reduction in Tractor Cab

对拖拉机驾驶室声学特性、噪声源及噪声向驾驶室内传播的途径进行了分析 ,通过隔声、减振、吸声、粘贴阻尼材料和控制部分噪声源等综合降噪措施 。

Noise within a tractor cab is composed of air, solid and reverberant noise and concerned with the noise sources of the tractor and the acoustic characteristics of the cab itself. In this paper, analyzing the noise sources in the cab, the main sources affecting the noise within the cab are determined; discussing and analyzing the path of external noise transmitting to the cab and the acoustic characteristics of tractor cab, the effect of air, solid and reverberant noise on driver's ear noise are illustrated in detail. On the basis of above, by using a series of multiple measures such as the sound insulation, the improvement of cab isolators, the sound absorption, attached damping material and control of some noise sources, a good result of reducing ear noise is obtained.
