摘要 针对循环式缓苏干燥机的工作特性 ,采用单片机模糊控制方法进行控制系统硬件设计 ,为解决单片机与计算机的双向通讯 。 The key factor, which restricting the working efficiency, energy consumption, drying quality and the safety properties of grain dryer, is the control system. The traditional drying process control, which is not accurate, can't be combined with the modern drying expert system well. On the consideration of the characteristics of the recirculating grain dryer with tempering, the fuzzy control method using micro controller was applied to the design of the controll system, which provided a foundation for the solution of double way communication between micro controller and computer, and the expertizing intelligent control for the drying process was realized.
