摘要
对攻丝加工中丝锥破损折断问题进行了系统分析 ,把攻丝加工的故障分成丝锥磨损、切屑堵塞、工件材料硬度不均、攻丝工艺失误等 4类。运用模糊理论对其扭矩特征进行描述 ,确定了故障特征矢量 ,给出了故障相关关系权重矩阵 ,提出了系统故障的判别方法 ,并建立了攻丝加工的模糊故障诊断系统。试验研究结果表明 ,模糊故障诊断方法能有效地对攻丝过程的故障类型进行识别和对丝锥折断问题进行预防 。
In this paper the main problem of tapping process is introduced and the problem of tap worn and broken in the tapping process is discussed systematically. The failure of tapping process is classified into four types: tap worn, block of cutting scrapes, uneven hardness of material and the tapping process fault. The torque characteristic of four kinds of failures is described by fuzzy thesis. The failure characteristic vector and the failure interrelation weight matrix are determined. The judge method of system failure is put forward and the fuzzy failure diagnosis system of tapping process is established. The experimental study shows that the four types of failure of tapping process can be discriminated effectively by the fuzzy failure judge method and the problem of tap broken can be avoided effectively too. A new way for raising the quality and the productivity of tapping process is provided.
