摘要
用 MPV 2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机测定了超高分子量聚乙烯塑料及其合金轴承在含泥沙自来水润滑条件下的摩擦学性能 ,研究了载荷、速度、运行时间等因素对轴承摩擦因数和磨损率的影响 ,得出了摩擦学性能随各种因素的变化规律。结果表明 :合金轴承的摩擦因数低 ,磨损率不足塑料轴承的 5 0 %。对作用机理进行了系统分析 。
Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW PE) is a kind of high anti wear engineering plastic with many excellent physical and mechanical performances. It has been one of the important materials that is applied in underwater sliding bearing. Many efforts have been made to improve the anti grain abrasion property of the bearing made of UHMW PE in recent years. Effect of load, speed and time on friction coefficient and wear rate of bearings made of UHMW PE or plastic alloy under water lubrication are studied by using MPV200 model friction and wear testing machine, the test results show that the wear rate of plastic alloy bearing is much lower than that of UHMW PE one, At the same time, wear mechanisms are analyzed systemat ically, it provides a theoretical basis for practical application of water lubricated plastic and plastic alloy bearings.
