摘要
该文围绕研究生的知识、能力、素质的全面培养质量问题 ,研究其影响因素 ,探寻诸多影响因素中的关键 (重要 )因素 ,并对其进行分析、提出对策 ,从而增强研究生创新能力的培养 。
The paper, through studying and analyzing possible factors influencing the quality education of postgraduates and with the emphasis on some key factors, aims to find out solutions and strategies to enrich the graduates' knowledge, skill and comprehensive quality, to promote their innovation ability, and therefore to enhance their education quality.
