摘要
我国进入WTO以后对信息资料的需求越来越大 ,越来越快。
After the entry of WTO, the demand for information becomes bigger. In order to adapt to this development, the author in this essay points out the existing problems in the subscription to periodicals in colleges and universities, and also proposes solutions to them.
