教师资格制度刍议

On Teachers' Qualifications System

教师资格制度是国家实行的一种法定的职业许可制度 ,只有依法取得资格后 ,才能被教育行政部门依法批准举办的各级各类学校和其他教育机构聘为教师。目前 ,我国已全面开始实施教师资格制度 ,但是社会上还有许多人对教师资格制度认识不清 ,本文针对这些认识进行简要的分析 ,并就教师资格制度进一步完善提出一些看法。

Teachers' qualifications system was legally introduced by the state for the occupational admission.Only with these qualifications,can people be employed as teachers by the shools and educational organs of different kinds at different levels,which have been legally ratified by educational administrations.Although this system has been put into practice nationwide,some people still have biased points of views.This article sets out to analyze these view points,and simultaneously bring up some improvement suggestions.
