摘要
本文对于行政法基础理论的若干问题进行了探讨和研究 ,回顾了行政法的历史发展 ,对几种流行的观点进行了评述 ,提出了自己的见解。
This article discusses and studies several questions about the basic theories of the Administrative Law,comments on some popular theories ,reviews the historical decelopment of the Administrative Law and presents unique points of view.
