高职院校学生会、楼管会在学生管理活动中扮演着越来越重要的作用,但是由于传统学生会、楼管会工作中存在与普通学生联系不紧密,上级团组织使用多建设少,学生活动陈旧等现象,导致学生会、楼管会在学生中影响力下降,文章希望通过转变工作思路、建立完善的工作体制、真正发挥学生会、楼管会"三自"原则等方式,打造一支强有力的学生干部队伍,更好的服务于校园文化建设、大学生思想政治教育和大学生的全面发展.

Students' Unions of vocational colleges play more and more important role in students' management, but their influence on students has reduced because some phenomena lie in the traditional Students' Unions, such as less contact with students, more usages and less construction of the upper League organizations, and out-of-dated activities. This essay puts forward some ways to solve these problems, such as changing work thoughts, establishing a perfect working system and developing Students' Union's ‘three-self'principles to build a powerful students' organization, which can better contribute to the campus development, students' thought education and other development.
