摘要
高职高专初等教育专业人才培养模式目前并未定型。进行培养模式优化,可以从这几个方面展开:第一、根据国家教师教育政策导向,优化模式重在破解质量难题;第二、立足实际确立改革思路,优化模式重在借鉴经验更新理念;第三、更新人才培养方案,优化模式重在突出小教特色。陇南师专的初等教育专业办学实践,可以作为一个案例,进行初步探索研究。
The training mode of primary education in vocational colleges is not finalized. Training mode optimization, can start from the following aspects: first, according to the national education policy guidance teachers, optimization mode focuses on crack quality problems; second, based on the actual establishment reform, optimization model focuses on experience to update the concept; third,update the personnel training program, highlighting the characteristics of optimization model. The practice of primary education in Longnan Teachers College can be used as a case study.
