文章以甘肃农业大学法学专业的刑事模拟法庭教学实践为基础,从模拟法庭实践教学的必要性、教学环节应该注意的事项和存在的问题三个方面进行了教学总结,提出了增强模拟法庭实践教学实效性的几点思考,便于以后更好地开展模拟法庭实践教学。

This article is based on the teaching practice of the Criminal Court of Gansu Agricultural University.I have Summarized three aspects of the teaching method from the necessity of the practice teaching of the court, the matters and the problems that should be paid attention to.Some suggestions about Enhancingf the practical teaching effectiveness of simulated court be put forward for developing a better practice teaching of simulated court.
