摘要
为少数民族教育的特色内容,双语教学不仅是传承少数民族优秀文化的主要形式,而且在推进民族地区的经济社会发展和维护民族地区团结稳定中具有不可低估的重要作用,搞好双语教学是使用和发展本民族语言文字的有效途径,在多种民族双语教学的形式当中,藏汉双语教学是最主要的一种双语教学形式。然而,在实施藏汉双语教学的甘南藏区,双语教学存在着各项亟需解决的问题,本文拟从甘南藏区藏汉双语教学的现状入手,分析目前存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议对策,以期能够更好推动甘南藏区双语教学。
As special content for minority education, bilingual teaching is not only conducive to promote the development of economy in national regions, inherit excellent ethnic culture and construct a harmonious ethnic relations, but also serve as the main form of inheritance of national culture in national regions, it is an effective way to develop their native language by improving bilingual teaching, and it's a basic right entitled by constitution and the law to minorities, as well as an important content of party's national policy. Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching is the main form among many national bilingual teaching forms. However, in the implementation of Tibetan-chinese bilingual teaching in Gannan Tibetan area, low starting point, more difficulties, late start, slow development are still the bottleneck of education.
