论农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展——以甘肃省陇南市为例

为了解农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展,对72名农村幼儿园转岗教师进行问卷调查,对8名转岗教师进行个别访谈,结果显示农村幼儿园转岗教师工作强度高、压力大,存在倦怠感;知识结构失调,应用困难,活动实施能力不足;缺乏专业发展的自主意识,专业发展陷入停滞。为了改善这一现状,要关注转岗教师的生存状态,聚焦转岗适应期;完善农村幼儿教师任用制度,建立健全幼儿园转岗教师专业发展机制;落实转岗培训,提升培训效果。
