论农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展——以甘肃省陇南市为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了解农村幼儿园转岗教师的专业发展,对72名农村幼儿园转岗教师进行问卷调查,对8名转岗教师进行个别访谈,结果显示农村幼儿园转岗教师工作强度高、压力大,存在倦怠感;知识结构失调,应用困难,活动实施能力不足;缺乏专业发展的自主意识,专业发展陷入停滞。为了改善这一现状,要关注转岗教师的生存状态,聚焦转岗适应期;完善农村幼儿教师任用制度,建立健全幼儿园转岗教师专业发展机制;落实转岗培训,提升培训效果。 For understanding the rural teacher's professional development of kindergarten transfers, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 72 rural teachers of kindergarten transfers, for 8 transferred teachers individual interview. Results show that the rural teachers' work of kindergarten is high, the pressure is big, tired feeling; The knowledge structure imbalance, application difficulty, activity implementation capacity; Lack of independent consciousness of professional development, so professional development has stalled. In order to improve the present situation, to pay attention to the survival state of the muddleheaded, teachers, focusing on jobtransfer adaptation; Perfect rural preschool teachers' employment system, establish and improve the teachers' professional development of kindergarten transfers mechanism; To carry out the job-transfer training, improve training effect..
