几种理化因素与葡萄霜霉病抗性的关系 被引量:10

摘要 【目的】探讨几种理化因素与葡萄霜霉病抗性的关系。【方法】以24个葡萄品种(类型)的叶片为试材,测定叶片保水力、气孔数量、酚类物质含量、矿物质含量和葡萄霜霉病发病程度,对试验结果进行相关回归统计。【结果】叶片保水力与发病程度呈直线负相关,达到极显著水平(R=-0.507 2**);叶片气孔数与发病程度呈直线正相关,达到显著水平(R=0.4287*);叶片保水力和气孔数量共同与发病程度的线性回归关系达到显著水平(Y=48.3899-0.5751X1+0.5056X2,F=5.532 4*),其中保水力达到显著水平,气孔数量不显著(t1=-2.274*,t2=1.677 9);叶片酚类物质含量、含N量、含P量、含K量与发病程度关系不显著。【结论】葡萄叶片保水力与霜霉病发病程度呈负相关,达到极显著水平;认为通过测定不同葡萄品种(类型)叶片保水力,可以作为鉴定葡萄抗霜霉病程度的一种辅助方法。 【Objective】To find the factors influencing grape resistance to downy mildew.【Method】the leaves of 24 grape cultivars were used to explore the relationship between the water retaining capacity,the number of stoma,the phenols content,the mineral content of leaf and the occurrence degree of graped owny mildew disease using correlation and regression analysis.【Result】The results showed that: the wa-er retaining capacity of leaf and the degree of grape downy mildew disease had positive correlation with R=-0.507 2**;the number of stoma and the degree of grape downy mildew disease had negative correlation with R=0.428 7*;the line regression among the water retaining capacity and the number of stoma of leaf and disease index reached significant(Y=48.389 9-0.575 1 X1+0.505 6 X2,F=5.532 4*),the water retaining capacity reached significant and the number of stoma was not significant.There was no correlation between the phenols content and nitrogen,phosphorous,potassium and the occurrence degree of grape downy mildew disease.【Conclusion】The water retaining capacity of grape leaves had significant negative correlation with the degree of grape downy mildew disease.Testing water retaining capacity of leaf would be a good method to identify the degree of grape resistance to grape downy mildew disease.
