甜樱桃20个品种花粉粒形态扫描电镜观察 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】分析甜樱桃品种间花粉粒形态特征差异。【方法】利用JSM-T300型扫描电子显微镜对甜樱桃20个品种花粉粒进行了形态观察。【结果】甜樱桃花粉粒为超长球形或长球形,赤道面观长椭圆形或椭圆形,极面观为三裂圆形。极轴长36.70~50.98μm;赤道轴长20.58~25.26μm。具3萌发沟,等间距赤道分布,沟长达两极,属于N3P4C5型花粉。外壁纹饰为条纹状,品种间条纹走向、疏密程度、条纹间外壁形态存在明显差异。【结论】花粉粒的形态特征可以作为甜樱桃品种鉴别的重要依据。 【Objective】The objective of the study was to analyze the differences of pollen morphology characteristic among sweet cherry cultivars. 【Method】 The morphology characteristics of pollen grains from 20 sweet cherry cultivars were examined by JSM-T300 scanning electron microscope(SEM). 【Result】 The results indicated that the basic shape of the pollen grains were prolate spheroid or ultra prolate spheroid.The shape of the pollen grains in equatorial view was ultra elliptic shape or elliptic shape whereas their shape in polar view is trifid round. Mean of the polar axis varied from 36.70 μm to 50.98 μm while the equatorial axis varied from 20.58 μm to 25.26 μm. Three colposates, extending almost to the full length of the grain and annularly distributing in equal space, presented in all cultivars, which indicated that the pollens belonged to N3P4C5 model. The exine surface had a striate pattern whereas striate trend and width showed obvious difference among cultivars. 【Conclusion】 The morphology character of pollen grain can be used as a basis for cultivar identification in sweet cherry.
