摘要
【目的】研究温室栽培条件下欧洲甜樱桃品种‘红灯’和‘美早’的光合特性。【方法】采用LI-6400便携式光合仪,测定温室栽培‘红灯’和‘美早’叶片的光合日变化及其光响应曲线,分析净光合效率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)与各生理生态因子的相关性。【结果】温室内‘红灯’Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,‘美早’Pn日变化呈三峰曲线;‘红灯’Pn与光合有效辐射(PAR)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),Tr与PAR、气温(Ta)及叶温(Tl)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而‘美早’Pn、Tr与其他生理生态因子的相关性均不显著;温室内‘红灯’的光补偿点(LCP)及光饱和点(LSP)均高于‘美早’。【结论】温室内‘红灯’虽有较宽的光适应范围,但在低光照条件下其Pn明显低于‘美早’,PAR是影响温室‘红灯’Pn的主要环境因子。
【Objective】 The objective of the study was to elucidate the photosynthetic characteristics of sweet cherry ‘Hongdeng' and ‘Tieton' trees cultivated in greenhouse.【Method】 The diurnal photosynthetic changes and light-response curves of two sweet cherry cultivars in greenhouse were studied using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. Also the correlation between net photosynthetic rate(Pn) or transpiration rate(Tr) and other physio-ecological factors were analyzed. 【Result】 The results showed that in greenhouse, the diurnal changes of Pn in ‘Hongdeng' showed a 'single peak' curve, but 'three peaks'curve in ‘Tieton'. Correlation analyses showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Pn and photosynthetical active radiation(PAR) for ‘Hongdeng'(P<0.05) and an extremely significant positive correlation between Tr and PAR, leaf temperature(Tl), or air temperature(Ta)(P<0.01), but no significant correlation between Pn or Tr and other physio-ecological factors for ‘Tieton' trees. The light compensation point(LCP) and light saturating point(LSP) of ‘Hongdeng' in greenhouse was higher than that of‘Tieton'. 【Conclusion】 ‘Hongdeng' showed a lower Pn than ‘Tieton' under weak light condition in greenhouse although the former had highly stronger adaptability to greenhouse environment compared with the latter. The main ecological factor affecting Pn of ‘Hongdeng' was PAR.
