摘要
【目的】评价野生东北山樱(Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.)根际分离到的促生细菌对幼苗的生理效应。【方法】通过盆栽接种试验,测定3株根际促生细菌对东北山樱幼苗光合指标、叶绿素荧光参数以及植株生长发育的影响。【结果】接种荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)处理与对照相比,在未改变水分利用效率的前提下,增强了幼苗叶片气孔导度,提高了净光合速率(增加72.4%)和蒸腾速率(增加54.5%),其单位反应中心吸收的光能指数及性能指数也明显增强,促进了幼苗生长,生物量指标表现为最大。接种腊质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)和松鼠葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus sciuri)处理较对照虽然也促进了幼苗的生长,但对光合和叶绿素荧光参数影响不同。接种腊质芽孢杆菌同接种荧光假单胞菌对幼苗的光合作用参数影响趋势相同,但对叶绿素荧光参数无影响。而接种松鼠葡萄球菌对幼苗的净光合速率无明显影响,水分利用效率下降29.4%,但最大光化学效率和单位反应中心吸收的光能指数增强。【结论】接种3株促生细菌菌悬液均可促进东北山樱幼苗的生长,其中接种荧光假单胞菌的促生效应最大,但不同促生细菌对光合作用参数影响不同。
【Objective】 The physiological effects of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR) on Cerasus sachalinensis Kom seedling were evaluated. 【Methods】 The photosynthetic indexes, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and plant growth were measured by inoculating potted seedlings with three PGPR strains. 【Result】 Without changing water use efficiency, inoculating Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain increased the stomatal conductance of seedling leaf, net photosynthetic rate(increased by 72.4%), transpiration rate(increased by 54.5%), light energy index and performance index over control. With the increase of these indexes, seedlings growth was enhanced and the treatment maximized the biomass. Inoculation with two PGPR strains, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus sciuri, caused different effects on photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters although the growth of seedlings was significantly higher than the control. B. cereu and P. aeruginosa had the same effects on photosynthetic indexes, but had no effect on photosynthetic indexes. Inoculation S. sciuri strain had no obvious effect on net photosynthetic rate, alleviated efficiency of water application(decreased by 29.4%), but enhanced the maximum photochemical efficiency and luminous energy index. 【Conclusion】 The growth of C. sachalinensis seedlings was enhanced by inoculation with three PGPR strains. Among the three strains, Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the strong effect of promotion. Inoculating different PGPR strains had different effects on photosynthetic parameters.
