摘要
【目的】研究欧洲甜樱桃果肉中营养元素的含量及其相互关系。【方法】采用HNO3-HCl O4(v:v=4:1)消化体系,在常压微沸消解条件下,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了3个欧洲甜樱桃品种(‘拉宾斯’、‘雷佶娜’、‘萨米脱’)果肉中营养元素Ca、K、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn的含量。【结果】相关性分析表明,3个品种中Ca和Cu呈显著性正相关(r=0.360,P<0.05),Ca和Mn呈显著性正相关(r=0.402,P<0.05),Zn和Mn呈显著性正相关(r=0.370,P<0.05),Cu和Mn呈极显著性正相关(r=0.703,P<0.01)。方差分析表明,Ca、Cu、Mn在3个品种间的含量差异极显著(P<0.01),而K、Zn、Fe在品种间的含量差异均不显著。【结论】3个欧洲甜樱桃品种果肉中Ca、Cu、Mn含量差异显著;3个欧洲甜樱桃品种果肉中Mn与Ca、Zn、Cu以及Ca与Cu的含量具有相关性。
【Objective】 The objective of the study was to determinate the contents of nutrient elements and analyze their correlation in three varieties of European sweet cherry. 【Method】 The experiment determined the contents of six nutrient elements(Ca, K, Zn, Cu, Fe, and Mn) in three sweet cherry varieties(Lapins, Regina, Summit). The micro-boiling digestion conditions were used in the 4:1 volume ration of HNO3: HCl O4 by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). 【Result】 Correlation analysis indicated that a significant positive correlation was observed between Ca and Cu contents in three varieties(r=0.360,P<0.05), a significant positive correlation between Ca and Mn contents(r=0.402, P<0.05) and between Zn and Mn contents(r=0.370, P<0.05), and also an extremely significant positive correlation between Cu and Mn contents(r=0.703, P<0.01). Analysis of variance showed that there was an extremely significant difference(P<0.01) in Ca, Cu, and Mn contents among three varieties, but there was not any significant difference in K, Zn, and Fe. 【Conclusion】 Ca, Cu, and Mn contents were significantly different in three varieties of European sweet cherry, and there was a significant positive correlation between Mn and Ca, Zn,or Cu, and between Ca and Cu between varieties.
