摘要
‘福星’是以‘萨米脱’、‘斯帕克里’为亲本杂交选育的大果型、中熟优良甜樱桃新品种。果实肾形,果皮浓红色,平均单果质量11.8 g,可溶性固形物含量16.9%,可食率94.7%,果肉硬脆,甜酸,鲜食品质上,抗性强,耐贮运,早实丰产性好,综合性状优良。在烟台地区成熟期6月10日左右,熟期同‘萨米脱’。
‘Fuxing' is a new big-fruit and middle-ripening sweet cherry cultivar, which is bred by crossing ‘Summit'בSparkle'. The fruits are dark red, kidney-shaped and weight 11.8 g on average. The soluble solids content and edible rate are 16.9% and 94.7% respectively. The flesh is crisp and sweet taste, rich flavor and fine quality. The tree is early-fruiting and high-yield, the maturity of ‘Fuxing' is close to that of ‘Summit', around June 10 th in Yantai.
