研究生教育中导师队伍建设是关键。中青年导师队伍的建设与发展直接关系着学校的整体学术水平和人才培养质量。本文主要通过对其中青年导师队伍建设和优化的意义、现状特点的分析 ,提出了一些发展性建议 ,以期对优化中青年导师队伍提供有益的理论参考和借鉴。

The construction of the tutor team is the key factor in postgraduate education. The construction and development of young and middle_aged tutor team directly affects the whole scientific research level and the quality of graduate education. This article introduces the construction and optimization of young and middle_aged tutor team and analyses its characteristics, then brings forward some developing suggestions in order to offer significant referance and enlightenment in optimizing the team of young and middle_aged tutors.
