摘要
法律保护计算机软件最有效的方法是独立计算机软件法律,这样才能克服现行法律的缺陷,在形式和内容上充分保护软件。单独立法重点在于专有权的确定、明确立法的宗旨、软件侵权及相关内容。
The most effective method of protecting the computer software is to set up special laws to govern the computer software. Only in this way can we overcome the deficiencies of the present laws, and effectively protect computer software,its form and content.The key aims of this special legislation are the definition of the special rights, the definition of the legislation's purpose, the software rights violation and the relevant content.
