摘要
根据地方综合性大学的特点,确立外语教师、学生、辅导员三维一体的教学管理模式具有它的可行性。在这个模式中,教师是教学系统稳态的维系力量,学生是外语教学的主体,辅导员对学生外语学习活动起着导向作用。其三者之间是缺一不可的良性互动的辩证关系。
According to the feature of the local comprehensive university, it is feasible for the teaching management pattern to be organized by foreign language teachers, students and instructors as a whole. In the pattern, the teachers are the linking strength of the teaching system; the students are the main body of foreign language teaching; the instructors play a guiding role in the foreign language studying activities of the students. The pattern can not be short of any of them. They are the dialectical relationships of good and mutual aid.
