超滤/反渗透一体化装置处理苦咸水的中试研究 被引量:4

Pilot-scale Treatment of Brackish Water Using Integrated Device of Double Membrane: Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis

摘要 针对闽江流域福州滨海段经常发生海水倒灌使某水厂原水含盐量显著升高,原有工艺难以应对这一问题,构建了超滤/反渗透一体化装置,并开展了处理苦咸水的中试研究,探讨了装置的处理效果、运行稳定性和经济效益。结果表明,一体化装置的出水氯离子平均浓度为14.4mg/L,平均去除率为96.89%;同时对TDS、电导率和浊度的去除率分别可达96.89%、96.68%和99.90%,脱盐率达97%以上,回收率稳定在72%~84%之间,最终出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。通过降低系统能耗、加强对装置的维护保养能有效降低制水成本。超滤/反渗透双膜一体化装置可以用于解决海水倒灌引起的苦咸水问题。 In view of the situation that the salt content of the raw water of a water treatment plant was increased by a big margin,which caused by the frequent seawater intrusion in Fuzhou Coastal Section of Minjiang River,and the traditional treatment process could not solve this problem,an integrated device of ultrafiltration( UF) and reverse osmosis( RO) was developed,and a corresponding pilot-plant test was carried out to treat the brackish water. The treatment efficiency,operation stability and economic benefits of the device were discussed. The results showed that the average chloride ion concentration in the effluent was 14. 4 mg / L,with an average removal rate of 96. 89%. The removal rates of TDS,conductivity and turbidity were 96. 89%,96. 68% and 99. 90%,respectively,the desalinization rate was over 97%,and the recovery rate was stablely between 72% and 84%. The final effluent quality of the integrated device met the Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749- 2006). Water producing cost could be effectively reduced by decreasing energy consumption of the system and strengthening maintenance of the device. The integrated device of UF + RO can be used to solve the problem of brackish water caused by seawater intrusion.
