摘要
宁波市于2016年4月成功入选第二批全国海绵城市建设试点,作为滨海临江的平原河网城市,城市内涝、雨水径流污染等水问题一直是困扰宁波城市品质提升的重大问题。重点讨论了宁波市海绵城市建设目标体系的构建,提出了宁波市海绵城市建设的技术措施适应性的研究方法;提出了保障海绵城市建设技术整体性、系统性的"源-汇"系统概念模型,以期能对其他城市的海绵城市建设和实施方案编写提供借鉴。
As a coastal city with plain river network,the development of Ningbo City has been beset by severe problems such as waterlogging and runoff pollution. The nomination for the second batch of national sponge city demonstration scheme in April 2016 was an opportunity for Ningbo to solve these problems. The target system of sponge city construction,the research methodology to seek the technical adaptability,the protection to sponge city technical integrity and the conceptual model of 'source-confluence'system were proposed and discussed. All these measures could contribute to other sponge cities construction.
