摘要
山东省某污水处理厂提标改造工程实施规模为4×10~4m^3/d,主体采用倒置A^2/O处理工艺,改造前出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准。通过增加水解酸化池、设置硝化液内回流和新增模块化深度处理系统,使得出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。介绍了工程项目背景、提标改造关键技术路线、主要构筑物设计参数,为类似工程提供参考。
The capacity of upgrading and reconstruction project of a sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province was 40 000 m^3/d. Before reconstruction,the inverted A^2/O process was adopted,and the effluent was required to meet the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002). Through adding hydrolytic acidification tank,nitrifying liquid reflux system and modular advanced treatment system,the effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002). The project background,key technical route in the upgrading and reconstruction,and design parameters of main structures were introduced to provide reference for similar projects.
