摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇∶水=50∶50(体积比)为流动相,采用C18柱和紫外检测器同时对水中四种亚硝胺类物质[亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA),亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA),亚硝基二丙胺(NDPA),亚硝基二正丁胺(NDBA)]进行分离和测定。结果表明,流动相流量为0.5 m L/min、固定波长为230 nm时四种亚硝胺能被有效分离和测定;线性范围为25~400μg/L时,相对标准偏差≤3.74%,水样加标回收率为87.97%~107.42%。方法的检出限分别为0.12μg/L(NDMA)、0.25μg/L(NDEA)、0.50μg/L(NDPA)和2.00μg/L(NDBA)。该方法具有较好的线性关系、精密度和准确度,可用于快速分析水中四种亚硝胺类物质。
High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used to detect four kinds of nitrosamines namely N-Nitrosodimethylamine( NDMA),N-Nitrosodiethylamine( NDEA),N-Nitrosodi-n-propylamine( NDPA) and N-Nitrosodi-n-butylamine( NDBA),simultaneously. Methanol and water with a volumetric ratio of 50 ∶ 50 were taken as the mobile phases. C18 column and ultraviolet detector were used for separation and detection. The results showed that these four kinds of nitrosamines could effectively be separated and detected with the mobile phase flow rate of 0. 5 m L/min and a wavelength of230 nm. In the linear range from 25 to 400 μg/L,the relative standard deviations were equal to or less than 3. 74%. Standard addition recoveries were between 87. 97% and 107. 42%. Method detection limits were 0. 12 μg/L( NDMA),0. 25 μg/L( NDEA),0. 50 μg/L( NDPA) and 2. 00 μg/L( NDBA).This method has better linear relationship,precision and accuracy. Therefore,it can be used for the fast determination of these four kinds of nitrosamines in water.
