摘要
某低放废水处理系统采用沉淀、蒸发和离子交换组合工艺,其中蒸发系统的处理能力为0.2 m^3/h,离子交换系统的处理能力为0.5 m^3/h。另外,还采用了自动化控制、报警、安全联锁和视频监控等设计以保证低放废水处理过程的安全。介绍了低放废水处理系统调试情况,包括调试范围、调试方案、调试条件和调试结果等,并将调试分为单机设备调试、单元设备调试和系统联调三个阶段,给出了每一阶段调试项目的测试参数或审查点。对系统调试过程中的主要技术问题进行了分析,这些问题的解决保证了低放废水处理系统调试的顺利进行和工程的按期投运。
Integrated treatment process of precipitation,evaporation and ion-exchange was adopted in the low-level radioactive wastewater treatment. The treatment capacities of evaporation and ion-exchange processes were 0. 2 m^3/h and 0. 5 m^3/h respectively. In addition,automatic control,alarm,safety interlock and video surveillance system were installed to ensure the safety of the treatment process. The commissioning process of the low-level radioactive wastewater treatment project was introduced in terms of commissioning range,plan,condition,results etc. The process of commissioning was divided into three phases such as single machine commissioning,unit device commissioning and system integration commissioning. The test parameters or checking points in each commissioning phase were summarized. The main technical problems of commissioning were discussed. These have ensured the successful commissioning of the treatment system and further secured the system operation on schedule.
