摘要
河北省某县污水处理厂因受到工业废水的冲击而使得污泥活性严重受损,出水氨氮浓度居高不下,无法达到国家一级A标准。为使污水厂恢复正常运行,决定投加自主配制的化学药剂进行应急处理。小试结果表明,当药剂投量(质量分数)为0. 025%、反应时间为10 min时,可使出水氨氮浓度由25 mg/L左右降至5 mg/L以下,且不会对其他出水指标造成不良影响。实际生产的应用效果显示,投加此药剂后,出水氨氮浓度在2. 55~3. 25 mg/L之间,总氮浓度在8. 38~9. 63 mg/L之间,稳定达到了国家一级A标准。
A county sewage treatment plant located in Hebei Province was seriously damaged,due to impact of industrial wastewater. The NH3-N concentration of the effluent was high and couldnot meet the national first level A standard. Emergency treatment of dosing the self-developed chemical was thereby adopted to restore the sewage treatment plant to normal. The lab-scale test results showed that the effluent NH3-N could be reduced from 25 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L under reagent mass ratio of 0. 025% and reaction time of 10 min,and the method had no adverse effects on the other effluent indexes. The full-scale test results showed that the effluent NH3-N and TN concentrations were 2. 55-3. 25 mg/L and 8. 38-9. 63 mg/L after dosing the self-developed chemical,which stably reached the national first level A standard.
