试论19世纪60年代～70年代东疆地区封禁政策的危机——兼谈"移民实边"思想的产生

On the Crisis of Forbidden Policy in Northeastern China in the 1960s and 1970s--The Thought of Produce about "To Immigrate the solid side

19世纪60年代～70年代东疆地区封禁政策的危机,主要表现在沙俄的军事侵略威胁、朝鲜流民问题的冲击、东北边疆防御力量的空前削弱三个方面。清廷为了摆脱这一危机而苦苦摸索,移民实边思想便是这一摸索的产物。

In the 1960s and 1970s,the crisis of forbidden policy in Northeastern China is that the threat of military invaded form Russia,the impact in Northeast side of the Korea tramp people,the unprecedented weaken defend power in Northeast border of China.In order to get rid of this crisis,the Qing Dynasty thought hard,and hence the thought of 'to immigrate the solid side'just is the outcome.
